We, the people of PSN are determined:

  • To serve as friendly, efficient, and full of respect to all visitors.
  • Every booking of programme and educational activity and visits will be confirmed not more than three (3) working days from the date of booking made.
  • Exhibition galleries are in good maintenance condition and safe.
  • At least 85% of interactive exhibits in working order at all time.
  • All complaints on service and facilities will be handled and be taken action within one (1) week.
  • In the effort to increase the quality of service to the visitors, we are pleased to except any comments, views and ideas.
